Please read the following important set-up and break-down instructions. Map links below are for the surrounding area of Pack Square Park and the actual site map with booth spaces numbered.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Vendor Canopy Safety Requirement: If you will set up a canopy it must be weighted down on all four corners of canopy legs. DO NOT USE STAKES in GRASS.
The lawn has a special underground system that would be damaged by stakes.

To expedite set up and break down at the event, everyone is asked to follow the instructions below. They will save you time and money (parking fees).

SETUP INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Everyone enter the festival area via Spruce Street. Arrive via 240 bypass and exit at Charlotte Street. If coming from the east, make a left onto Charlotte, from the west make a right. Go through the traffic light (Tripps restaurant on right). Make the first right off of Charlotte to Eagle Street. Make the second right on Eagle to Spruce Street go two blocks to check in (note the free parking area to the right just before Pack Tavern).

2. At check-in, you will be directed to your unloading area.
a. Vendor numbers – 1 thru 52, and 62,63,64,65 will unload on Spruce Street
b. Vendor numbers – 66,67,68,69 and 53,54,55,56 will unload on College Street. Two parking spaces have been reserved for unloading (there should be more available at that time of the morning)
c. Vendor numbers – 57,58,59,60,61 will unload on Court Street.
d. Vendor numbers – 70 thru 84 will unload on Market Street. Two parking spaces have been reserved for unloading (there should be more available at that time of the morning)
e. The attached maps have street names and vendor slot numbers marked.

3. Check-in will start at 7:30AM or 8:30AM based on Vendor Number
a. Starting at 7:30AM, Vendors 53 thru 61; 66 thru 69; 1 thru 20; 70 thru 79.
b. Starting at 8:30 AM, all remaining vendor numbers.
 
4. Immediately after unloading (do not carry materials to your spot at this point), find a parking spot, come back and set up.

EXIT TO PARKING

1.
Vendors exiting from Spruce go straight to College Street make a right. Go straight to Charlotte Street and make a right. Make the first right from Charlotte on Eagle Street. Make the first right then next left on Marjorie. Parking is free all day. You will be parked 1 block from festival grounds.

BREAK DOWN INSTRUCTIONS
1.
Breakdown will start at 7:00 pm. All vendors will break down their tents and prepare to carry materials to the loading area.
2. Vendors will load vehicles by vendor number. Cars will be loaded on the same streets that they were unloaded.
a. Vendor #'s: 57 thru 61; 66 thru 69; 1 thru 20 will break down all tent and materials, carry them to the loading zone, get your car, return to the loading zone, load and exit.

b. All remaining vendor numbers break down all your tent and materials, wait till 7:30 PM then carry materials to the loading zone, get your car, return to the loading zone, load and exit.

EXIT THE EVENT

1.
Vendors Loading on Spruce Street exit straight ahead turn right on College, left on Charlotte, enter 240 East or West
2. Vendors Loading on College go straight to Charlotte, enter 240 East or West.
3. Vendors loading on Market go straight on Market make right to Charlotte make left on Charlotte, enter 240 East or West.

• Neither the organizers of the Organicfest, the volunteers or Asheville Parks and Recreation are responsible for the theft, loss or breakage of personal or booth materials.

• The organizers of the Organicfest make no warranties beyond the terms and conditions of the Organicfest vendor contract.

• The organizers of the Organicfest reserve the right to cancel vendor contracts at any time by returning payment.

Vendor Parking:
There will be no on site parking during the Organicfest. 

We recommend the following parking options:

Free Parking:
City Employee Parking lot on Marjorie is free on Saturday. Follow directions in set-up instructions.

Parking Garages:
All day parking is $5
College Street Parking Garage across from court house on College.
(close to Organicfest!)

BB&T Parking Garage on Broadway 

Park Plaza Parking Garage on Biltmore (across from Mast General Store)
